Durham Synchro Yuks It Up

Durham Synchro parents laughed their way through another club fundraiser recently, this time at Yuk Yuk's Comedy Club in Ajax , where they enjoyed the stand-up comedy of rising star comedienne Nikki Payne. Hailing from Antigonish, Nova Scotia , Payne recently received an unheard-of standing ovation at the Halifax Comedy Festival. Her stellar appearance there was taped for national broadcast on CBC-TV. In the coming months, Nikki will also be heard on CBC Radio's popular comedy program, 'Madly Off In All Directions.' Thanks to our fundraiser, Sara Koke, for organizing yet another memorable – and profitable – fundraiser for the club. Thanks also to all parents, family, and friends who supported Durham Synchro!
