DHSC Recreational Swimmers Compete In Trillium Figures Meet
On Saturday, February 24, 22 DHSC recreational athletes attended Synchro Ontario 's Trillium Recreational Figures Competition at the Jack Burger Sports Complex in Port Hope, and returned home very happy with their results!
A big “Well done!” goes to their coaches, Brianna MacLellan (Tier 7 Jr.), Alaina Wade (Tier 7 Jr.), Katie LePage (Tier 7 Jr.), Allie Mear (former member of Tier 7 Jr.) and Cathy Veldhoen-Smith for shepherding these young swimmers through their first meet. By all accounts, the girls enjoyed themselves and some even expressed a thought that they might like to move up to the competitive ranks!
