Our Masters Team has returned from a fabulous meet in Perth, Australia, and they have not come home empty-handed! Our Durham ladies were proud to secure a Bronze medal in Team at the FINA World Masters Championships. Despite obstacles on several fronts, Coach Teri Pearce-Padgett says her team swam very well and distinguished themselves as strong athletes and sportsmen.

Our duets were also very successful. In the 20-29 age group, Rebecca Jasper and Lauren LePage came 5th in a field of 13. Kirsten Mills and Teri Pearce-Padgett finished 3 rd of 5, winning them, their second bronze of the meet.

These accomplished and very busy athletes are super role models to all of us
