Durham Synchro In Synch for Pink

On November 27, 2009 Synchro Swim Ontario members across Ontario participated in the fifth anniversary of the “Burning Bright for Breast Cancer” fundraising event. In total the clubs raised $39 207.00. According to Synchro Swim Ontario, Ontario athletes have raised over $177 000.00 for the Breast Cancer Foundation since 2004.

Durham Synchro Swim Club proudly contributed $1419.00 to this year’s provincial total. Special thanks to each team, their coaches and the member families who participated and helped make this event another success. A sincere thank you to Ann Mouck who organized this worthwhile fundraiser for the club.
