Athletes with Disabilities
The Athletes with Disability (AWD) program is designed for athletes of all ages with a cognitive and/or physical disability who want to learn synchronized swimming and compete at a provincial level.
We offer one-on-one coaching catering to the individual needs and abilities of each athlete. Swimmers will spend 2 to 3 hours a week, as desired, working on skill development and creating a choreographed solo routine. The program runs from September to May. This year, our national coach, Meagan Caulfield will be leading this program to success.
Our competitive AWD program is very successful with multiple podium placings each season.
AWD fees are determined seasonally; please inquire about our fees for the upcoming season. A non-refundable registration fee of $250 is due upon enrolment. Fees are paid in monthly instalments over the season.
