The Durham Synchro Club Competitive Program is designed for swimmers (ages 8 to 18) who want to master artistic swimming and compete at a provincial and/or national level. Our competitive program has been highly successful with numerous awards and titles acquired each year by our athletes and coaches.
Team placement takes place each year in the spring. Our program includes strength and flexibility training, swimming stroke improvement, routine choreography skills, team bonding events, synchro figures and synchro routine skills. Swimmers train from 8 up to 15 hours per week depending on team placement. The program runs from September to June and swimmers compete in 3 or more competitions each season. Swimmers also perform in a holiday and year-end water show for family and friends (admission fee required). Swimmers on our 13-15 and higher teams may also compete out of province.
COMPETITIVE REGISTRATION FEES
Competitive fees are determined seasonally; please inquire about our fees for the upcoming season. A non-refundable registration fee of $250 is due upon enrolment. Fees are paid in monthly instalments over the season.
